A few things to remember
Site slow to load
Please be patient with the site - it tends to get overloaded at sale
time - so if you can't get in hit refresh and try
again.
Shopping Cart
We
don't have a traditional shopping cart site ( which is a pain at sale
time! )- so if you want more than one item you will need to place
separate orders - or put a note in checkout - we will manually
process
your order for you in the order they come in
Stock
Levels
We
have worked hard to make sure the stock levels are accurate but
sometimes we get it wrong- we will let you know prior to shipping if
something has sold out - many past collections have only 1 or 2 left in
stock so you will need to be fast.
Order Confirmation
If you don't get a confirmation email -
your order hasn't gone through!- email us at info@tarisota.com.au and
we will process for you manually
Combining orders
We will go though and combine
orders - its great if you pop a note in the checkout comments but we
will always look as well:)
Shipping
We make sure we give you the best rate
with shipping that we can - So while each item is listed with a
shipping charge -
that is for if you just order that one thing. Combos will never be the
shipping amounts all added up- If you need a final total for direct
deposit - shoot us through an email and we will get back to you. But in
general AUS orders $10.00 express post overnight up to
3kgs
Direct Deposit
All
direct deposit customers we will be back in touch with you not long
after your order is placed to confirm your final total. No direct
deposit orders will be sent until confirmation of payment has been
received.
Paypal
If
you would like a paypal invoice - just email your order number through
to richard@tarisota.com.au and he will send it on through :)
Email Orders
Its almost impossible for me to
guarantee
you an item if you just email me your request - I can do my darndest
but if someone else beats you to it I can't help you - sorry ..
International shipping
New Zealand - you'll note we have
organized a special deal for you on shipping - in keeping with our
Aus shipping rates.
All other international shipping is at actual rate - with a discount
for combined orders over $100.
