you'll get an organized...
like things grouped w/ like things kinda tree :)
these 2 gingerbread girls were kelly's & kate's ornaments from last
year...
i buy everyone an ornament each year & try to think of one
that epitomizes them for that time....
last year kate was a little
chubby copy-cat kelly...
& kelly...she started to sprout, become a
little kid (***tear***)....
i found these & i swear i did a jig in
the store...they were perfect for what i was thinking.
ryan's last year was a lizard ("wizard" as he would say)...go figure :)
& yes...our tree does have 52,568,892 ornaments on it
& i love it that way...
happy friday!!!

We're decorating our tree this weekend...it's always a wonky mess b/c I let the kids do it but I love it that way. 75% of the ornaments are homemade or handmade. I have friends who do the themed bows and all one color gorgeous trees - but I don't think I could go a year without pulling out my lovely ornaments. I miss them!!!

hey, i have 52,568,892 ornaments on my tree too!!!!
what a coincidence!
and i hear ya about that cluster thing goin' on. when sarah decorates (maybe now that she's older it won't be so bad) she hangs ALL the ornaments in like a 2 foot square area on the tree. balls, special ornaments, beads... you name it! all squished together for maximun decorating impact. i have to laugh!
enjoy your tree!

Oh, a tree already, what a great feeling, can't wait to start with that. But here we give the floor to Sinterklaas first. After his B-day on 5 dec we'll start preparing for christmas.
