geez i love JUNO...
seriously...
i just spent like 10 minutes in the memorable quote section cracking up at every one...
remembering scenes from the movie...
definitely a must see....
big time thumbs up from me :)
o.....k.....
back to reality :)
me + 3 sick kids this week...
ugh! UGH!!!
today the big troublemakers, tater & ry-boy, are really feeling ever so not well...
i'm hoping there will be BIG naps all around...
wish me luck :)
and on the creative front...
definitely check out OLW today.....a new word up :)
this week was mine & to be honest i had chosen a different word....
but then after talking with beth....
i completely changed my mind & went with create...
i loved how beth explained her definition of create & what it meant to her....
whereas at first i was just taking it in the "making stuff" direction...
beth opened my eyes that it can be so much more...
kinda like that old kobi yamada saying "she CREATED the life she dreamed of"....
i like that :)
& here is my contribution:
sorry for the not so good pic....it is rain, rain, rain today = no good sunlight to take a pic...
& i seriously had some fun with this project...
played with all sorts of painting....
(note to self: MUST start catching up on my Emily Falconbridge painting class homework :)
screwed it up b/c the colors were WAY too bright & not what i wanted....
so then i white washed the whole kit & caboodle & LOVE how it turned out...
i actually am sending this along to a friend who i owe a "pay it forward" to....
i hope she likes it :)
hope you have a happy wednesday!!!
xoxoxo
gi
p.s.....GO GIANTS!!!!!!! :)
Yahooooooo for your word girl...so honored to join you on this word...as I do every word, but this one has special meaning to me...wink wink! You are the coolest!

I just saw "Juno" too and that is THE best line of the movie, isn't it? It sums it up. I cried a lot. Didn't laugh much, because I was in the same situation. It really hit home.
me + 2 kids have been sick since Tuesday here. Fevers, chills, aches, now a harsh cough. How long did it take ya'll to get 100%?

Why didn't I ever realize that you had a blog? LOL! I love that canvas! It's absolutely perfect...especially all the sequins. I'm so jealous that you got to see Juno. I'm dying to go! But, alas, I will probably have to wait until it comes out on DVD.

Hi Gigi,
Is it true you live in New York City? I live in the upper east side. Do you find it hard to find scrapbook supplies? I know the busy pace of life especially with kids. I feel like that from the time I pick up the kids from school till the time they go to bed (which is always late) I'm running race. This doesn't include the morning sprint. There are so many things I want to do but never seem to get to or if I do can never finish. Have a happy valentines day.
