tarisota's november gallery is up!!!
and it is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
this collection has such beautiful, classy, soft & sophisticated colors & the vintage sheet music + the glittered patterned paper is just stunning...& tamar is so good at choosing the perfect textural embellishments to go in her collections...& this one had the coolest beaded ribbon trim, crushed velvet ribbons, flower gems & the most beautiful assortment of vintage bits & bobs....seriously...wait till you see what the team did with it!!!
here are some little Winter Christmas houses i made...everything i used is from the collection except the blue & snow glitter, that tiny bit of rope twine and the crackle paint...i used the maya road banner mini book pages for the tops of the houses & i cut up the collection box to make the body of the house...no corrugated cardboard is safe in my house! lol
oh...& my new favorite punch is the martha stewart pinked edged circle....oooh that one is getting a workout these days! lol!
i'll post some of my other projects tomorrow...i want to add nic's cool frame from her "exclusively loved" layout to my "us" layoutt...i just LOVE the textural punch it will give...gotta love having crazy inspirational teammates :)
happy sunday!!!
xoxoxo

Okay. Cutest little houses E.V.E.R. So, I am hosting a little ornament swap over at Label Tulip. All along, I had been wanting to make some kind of little Christmas houses. At first, I bought some chipboard 3-D ones at Hobby Lobby, and was going to doll them up. But, they're so detailed already, it has been hard to work with them much. Then, I thought... "I'll make my own flat ones from chipboard, and fancy them up." Then, I come here and see what you've done. Great minds think alike, no? I swear I'm not copying you. LOL! But, I think yours are probably much bigger than mine will be since the roofs are made from the banner book. ;0)
